Here is a highlight video done for The American Dairy Association North East of a middle school class from Schenectady’s Central Park Middle School getting a tour of a local dairy farm. The farm, Wagner Farms, was actually the farm featured in a video campaign I worked on with ADANE and Price Chopper/Market 32 that showcased locally sourced dairy products, and it was good to see Pete, Marlene, and the rest of the Wagner family again! In addition to filming the tour, it was also interesting and informative to learn more about the New York Thursdays program, which brings locally sourced and produced food every Thursday to school cafeterias across New York State.
