Saratoga County Teachers of the Year 2014

Last week Junda Video Production had the pleasure of recording the announcements for the Saratoga County Teachers of the Year. I joined the contest sponsors (Saratoga TODAY, Saratoga Mama, Local Living In) and we travelled to Saratoga Central Catholic High School, Spa Christian Elementary School, and Schuylerville Middle School. I knew that it would be an interesting shoot, but what made it really fun was seeing how excited the students got when they heard the announcements that their teachers had won the award. It was also funny how we would show up and get the students all riled up and then we were basically like “peace out” and left the teachers responsible for settling all the students down (which put their teachers of the year skills to good use ;-)).

Kudos goes to the sponsors for giving much-deserved recognition to these important people in the community. Thanks also goes to the staff and faculty at all of the schools for their helpfulness and kindness. Lastly, congratulations Mr. Walajtys, Ms. Klint, and Ms. Dunbar!
